Visit our Mount Lawley atelier for a complimentary consultation on reinventing your sentimental jewellery. Our expert jewellers will assess the piece for potential risks, considering factors like the ability to reuse metals and gemstones. While remodelling can partially reduce costs, the labor involved may limit overall savings. Nevertheless, the sentimental value of the transformed piece is truly priceless.

We offer an in-studio repair service at our Mount Lawley atelier, where our skilled designers and jewellers assess and advise on necessary repairs to prolong your jewellery’s lifespan.
We’ll consider repairs at our discretion for items not crafted by our workshop. However, if we believe we can’t do justice to the original piece or if there’s a significant risk of damage, we may decline. Please note that despite our utmost care, there’s a risk of damage during the repair, especially for jewellery not crafted by Rohan Jewellers. All repairs are at your own risk, and we assume no responsibility for any resulting damage.

JEWELLERY CARE TIPS
We take a great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship which comes with the Rohan Jewellers guarantee. All jewellery, particularly when worn daily, requires ongoing maintenance and care to ensure it remains in peak condition.
Every piece handcrafted by Rohan Jewellers comes with an ongoing care programme. We encourage you to bring in your jewellery to one of our boutiques for a complimentary professional service every 12 months, and once in the first 6 months after purchase.
The guarantee will be void if there are defects related to external damages, if it has been altered or repaired by another jeweller or has not been returned to a Rohan Jewellers boutique for a yearly service. When covered by guarantee, repairs are complimentary.
