We take a great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship which comes with the Rohan Jewellers guarantee. All jewellery, particularly when worn daily, requires ongoing maintenance and care to ensure it remains in peak condition.
Every piece handcrafted by Rohan Jewellers comes with an ongoing care programme. We encourage you to bring in your jewellery to one of our boutiques for a complimentary professional service every 12 months, and once in the first 6 months after purchase.
The guarantee will be void if there are defects related to external damages if it has been altered or repaired by another jeweller or has not been returned to a Rohan Jewellers boutique for a yearly service. When covered by guarantee, repairs are complimentary.
