1. Design Consultation

The journey begins with your first scheduled private consultation with one of our jewellers. This can take place in-store or virtually. Here, you will discuss your ideas, inspirations and important details you would like included in your design.

We invite you to view our Instagram feed and Bespoke Archive of past creations to collate photos of concepts that you like. This will help start the journey and give our jewellers an initial idea of your vision.

During the consultation, we will discuss budget, timelines and the following steps of your bespoke journey.

2. Choose your Gemstone

We will talk you through the basics of diamonds and gemstones, and present different options suitable for your design. If the perfect stone for you is not available in stock, we can source this specifically for you.

Through our extensive network of trusted global coloured diamond and gemstone suppliers, we are are able to personally secure the very best stone for your design, from the source.

 

3. Handsketch

We will create a handsketch of your design based on our initial consultation. Once approved, we will issue a final quote and confirm all details.

4. Final Design Review

Once we have settled on a design and gemstone, we will issue you a final quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation and approval. At this stage, we require a 50% deposit on your order before it goes into production with our jewellers.

5. Handcrafting

The most exciting step – your design will be brought to life, lovingly handcrafted in our Leederville workshop.

The length of time to create your design will vary of the level of complexity. We advise our clients to allow anytime between 6 and 8 weeks for completion. If you have a specific timeframe in mind and communicate this with your jeweller, we will always do our best to accomodate without compromising on craftsmanship.

6. The Reveal

Once your jewellery has been beautifully finished, we invite you to our boutique to collect your bespoke piece. Your bespoke journey ends with a design destined to become an heirloom, held on to for generations.
