At Rohan Jewellers, we specialise in creating bespoke jewellery destined to become cherished heirlooms. Our expert team designs and handcrafts one-of-a-kind pieces, using the finest metals and gemstones from around the world.

We are seeking a creative and visually driven Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to continue sharing and evolving our brand story across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a strong visual eye, an understanding of luxury aesthetics, and a passion for crafting beautiful, engaging, story-led content. Please note, this a creative role not a digital marketing and advertising role.

About the Role

This part-time, in-house position is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, a refined understanding of luxury branding, and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship. You’ll play a key role in content creation, digital storytelling, and brand elevation, working closely with our team of designers and jewellers to capture the beauty and essence of our bespoke pieces.  This role is fixed term for an initial 12 months, however we are open to consultants applying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and maintain a visually cohesive and aspirational social media presence aligned with the Rohan Jewellers brand identity and values
  • Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Create and edit multimedia content — including photos, short-form videos for Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes features from the atelier and workshop
  • Assist in styling and capturing product, in-progress, and lifestyle shots for use across marketing and digital platforms.
  • Design engaging, branded content for social media using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Write compelling, on-brand captions and copy to complement visual storytelling
  • Monitor trends in fine jewellery, design, fashion, and luxury lifestyle to inform creative direction

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for detail, design, and visual composition
  • Proven experience in social media coordination and content creation, ideally in a creative environment
  • A deep appreciation for fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and the stories behind bespoke pieces
  • Proficiency in design and editing software
  • Basic photography and video skills, with the ability to shoot and edit in a polished and brand-aligned style
  • Strong written communication skills with an understanding of tone, voice, and storytelling
  • A proactive, collaborative, and self-directed approach to work
  • Ability to interpret and communicate the Rohan Jewellers brand with consistency and finesse

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

  • Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands
  • Graphic design capabilities that extend across marketing collateral and print assets
  • Familiarity with WordPress for basic website content updates
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar EDM platforms for email marketing

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling
