One handcrafted 18ct white gold sapphire and diamond ring featuring a yellow sapphire surrounded by a double halo round brilliant cut yellow and white diamonds. The underside of the setting is set with a pear shape 18ct yellow gold bezel, with a diamond set leaf motif on either side.
