One pair of handcrafted 18ct yellow gold earrings featuring two bezel set green sapphires surrounded by a decorative frame of round brilliant cut diamonds, which are each suspended from a bezel set round brilliant cut diamond and a shepherds hook set with grain set with two round brilliant cut diamonds.
