Handcrafted 18ct yellow gold and platinum engagement ring featuring a 1.37ct oval cut cornflower blue sapphire, surrounded by a halo of  round brilliant cut diamonds.  Underside of the main setting is a decorative motif in 18ct yellow gold, grain set with round brilliant cut diamonds.
